страх., эк. тр. изъятие (средств) в связи с трудностями* (досрочное изъятие части накопленных в пенсионном плане средств, осуществляемое в связи с тяжелым финансовым положением участника плана и невозможностью покрыть финансовые потребности из других источников; разные планы могут устанавливать разные перечни ситуаций, при которых возможно такое изъятие средств; как правило, к таким ситуациями относят необходимость оплаты медицинских расходов, выходящих за пределы медицинской страховки, необходимость осуществления выплат кредитору для предотвращения отчуждения дома в связи с непогашением ипотеки, необходимость оплаты стоимости обучения и др.; при таком изъятии средств взимается подоходный налог, а также может взиматься штраф за досрочное изъятие средств; средства, изъятые таким образом, не могут быть возвращены на пенсионный счет)Syn:See:
